A few years ago I started rebuilding from the basics: getting stronger, taking better care of myself, and spending more time outside doing things that actually feel real. Along the way I realized something simple: the biggest changes don’t come from a single breakthrough. They come from a mindset shift, repeated choices, and learning how to follow through.
